Store Policies

All products must be returned within 30 days of customer receipt as long as they have not been used in any way. Call or email for return authorization code within 14 days of original delivery date. We will refund the return money through the PayPal/Credit Card/Store Credit account in which you used to pay for it  unless other option is  requested. We will process refunds within 7 days of receiving an authorized return through PayPal/Credit Card/Store Credit refunding (minus original shipping charges).

RETURNING ITEMS: ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY WAY OF EMAIL OR TELEPHONE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORIGINAL SHIPMENT.

 BEDDING: Opened, non-defective bedding (sheets, pillows, comforters, duvets, etc.) are NOT RETURNABLE for reasons of health and hygiene.

CLOTHING: Opened, non-defective clothing will not be accepted for return, but may be exchanged or 12 month credit can be issued.

Because our Distribution Center offers items in other mediums, there is a remote possibility that the item may be unavailable due to large purchases, inventory errors, payment delays or acts of God. In this event, one of our customer service representatives will contact you with: an expected reshipment date, an agreeable replacement offer or a full refund.

SHIPPING: Our shipping rates are based on UPS, although a few of our products will actually come by USPS or FEDEX. We have several products as free shipping, Free shipping is for continental US customers only!!  If you would like a package shipped over seas please email/call for an international quote. Please not an increase in shipping cost from UPS and FEDEX will take affect January 4, 2010.
